These Terms of Service govern your use of the Barn Glow online store and your purchase of products from Barn Glow LLC / Ariana Stoddard.

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to offer and sell our products.

We primarily sell non-electronic pet products.

We make reasonable efforts to present products accurately, but screen displays, lighting, manufacturing tolerances, and product batches may cause minor variations.
PET SAFETY
Customers are responsible for selecting products suitable for their pets.
Consider the pet’s size, breed, age, health, strength, and behavior. Supervise pets during use and inspect products regularly.
Stop using any product that becomes damaged, worn, loose, or unsafe.
Product information is not veterinary advice. Consult a qualified veterinarian regarding a pet’s health or ability to use a product.
ACCOUNTS
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password.
You must provide current, complete, and accurate information. Notify us if you believe an account has been accessed without authorization.
ORDERS
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase.
We may accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order because of product unavailability, suspected fraud, pricing errors, payment problems, shipping restrictions, or violation of these Terms.
An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance. Acceptance occurs when we confirm fulfillment or shipment.
If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.
PRICES, TAXES, AND PAYMENT
Prices are displayed in United States Dollars unless otherwise stated.
Shipping charges and applicable taxes are displayed during checkout. You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize the applicable charges.
If a material pricing error occurs, we may contact you for instructions or cancel and refund the affected order.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy.
Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and deliverable address.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

You may use the store for personal shopping purposes. No other license is granted.
CUSTOMER CONTENT
If you submit a review, photograph, comment, or other content, you represent that you have the right to submit it and that it is accurate, lawful, and does not violate another person’s rights.
You grant Barn Glow a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and adapt submitted content for operating and promoting the store, unless prohibited by law.
We may remove unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or irrelevant content.

The store may contain links to or integrations with third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the store and its content are provided on an “as available” basis.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability relating to a product or order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product or order, except where a different remedy is required by law.
These limitations do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable United States federal law.
Legal proceedings may be brought in courts with jurisdiction in Los Angeles County, California, unless applicable consumer law permits or requires another location.
SEVERABILITY
